Potawatomi Hotel, Casino, Dream Dance Steakhouse Reopens

After nearly three years, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino is reopening one of its leading restaurant locations, Dream Dance Steak House.

Guests can expect the same first-class meal offering more than 400 different wines from around the world, including prime cuts from Chicago’s Allen Brothers, 20 wines offered in glass, meticulous service, and the warm atmosphere the restaurant came to expect when it opened to the public .

The kitchen will be hosted by Ben Jones, who has more than 20 years of leadership experience in kitchens respected throughout the country. He most recently served as head chef at the Sage Lodge in Pray, Mon. He also owns the wood-fired catering business and served as a guest chef at the famous James Beard House in March 2016. In addition to his role at Dream Dance Steakhouse, Jones will serve as head chef for the property.

The in-house operation is led by Rohit Nambiar, who joins the property after spending the past 25 years in the Chicago Land area, most recently serving as the operating director of Prairie Gras Cafe and Wine Club in Northbrook, Illinois.
