PCI Gaming Agrees To Acquire Miami Magic City Casino

Wind Creek Hospitality officially announced yesterday that it has agreed to acquire the Miami, Florida-based Magic City Casino. The announcement follows a positive decision by the Florida Gaming Control Board (FLGC) to allow the transfer of assets held by Magic City owners and existing gaming licenses to Gretna Racing LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of PCI Gaming.

“We are excited to expand our footprint this time in Miami, Florida, in another major metropolitan area,” said Stephanie Bryan, CEO of the Wind Creek Parent Poarch Band of Creek Indians. “Expanding in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and now Florida gives us the ability to care for our tribe and grow opportunities. We look forward to being a valuable partner in the Miami community.”

Wind Creek strives to provide guests with a daily escape to a world of fantastic games and excitement every day. With offline facilities in Miami, organizations can now expand their efforts for guests into new, vibrant markets.

“South Florida naturally connects with our properties in Aruba & Curacao, our properties in Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle,” said Jay Dorris, CEO and President of Wind Creek. “Closer to Miami International Airport, this location is fantastic for athletes from all of Wind Creek’s properties and gives Miami locals an easy way to experience the Wind Creek brand everywhere we operate.”

The company is currently licensed by FLGC at two fully owned and operated gaming facilities in Florida’s Northwest. Leaders of Wind Creek and Magic City expect the deal to close later this spring.

Wind Creek will continue to operate its Magic City casino with few changes in the near term. Wind Creek plans to include Magic City players in its wider Wind Creek Rewards and Express Offers loyalty programs by the end of 2023. 실시간 바카라사이트
