EPT Barcelona Max Platinum Pass Drop

Coming to the next stop of the 2018 European Poker Tour (EPT) Barcelona, there are 10 Platinum Passes on offer as the biggest discount event yet. From Aug. 21 to Sept. 2, the winners of the National, Cup, Live Qualifiers, and Main Events will be awarded packages worth $30,000 each, along with the longest-running qualifiers live and online at the main event.

Players who pass the national, cup, main event, and tournament #23 and #28 by day two will qualify for the Crazy Pineapple Hand Challenge. Each player who must be at the table to participate will receive 3 cards, throw away 1 card, and then reach out for each of the 5 tournaments until there is the eventual Platinum Pass winner.

Over the next few weeks, players still have the chance to travel to EPT Barcelona through special edition €10 EPT Barcelona spin-and-go qualifiers, with the top prize awarded among the 8,700 euro main event packages. So far, seven packages have been awarded to players from countries ranging from Mexico to England.

This year, each EPT Barcelona player will receive a €7 voucher to enjoy refreshments at all of Casino de Barcelona’s food stores for each unique tournament registration. On Sunday, Aug. 26, a Players Party will be available at the Vestial, a two-minute walk from Casino Barcelona, from 9 p.m. to 12 p.m. Free food, drinks, and live music from DJ Tribiza will be offered.
